Horrible service
Tied mower up for 5 weeks for a tune up.
Have gone there times in the last three weeks needed a chain for my snow thrower/blower great service was there again Sat needed belts for my blower,again today for an other broken chain,bought two they couldnt have been better helpfull, great company they have earned a customer will not go anywere else.

Awful service. Don't waste your time here. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them and got nothing but a surely attitude from parts and service departments. There are other excellent dealers around. Avoid this one.

Horrible customer service. Needed a gasket for mower. Gentleman said he could not look up part number and we would need to return with number before he could help us. Upon returning 1/2 hour later with part number a new guy at the counter looked at part and just grabbed gasket off shelf without even looking at part number. Laughed at the fact that his partner had sent us hom . Said it was "typical .if possible avoid this business
