I Find That Employees Do A Great Job While Working But Have To Go Through Hell With That Disrespectful Manager, My Daughter Was Working There An This So Call Manager Tried To Claim She Had Taken Money Because Her Drawer Was Short $50.00 Something Dollars An This So Called Manager Threaten Her That If She Did Not Pay It Up The Next Day She Would Be Fired, Well I Told My Daughter To Contact The Main Office About This Matter Because I Know My Daughter Would Not Steal From Anyone . An When My Daughter Started To Fight It All Of A Sudden That Money Showed Back Up! Then To Be Even More Evil The Manager Stop Giving My Daughter Hours , Each Time My Daughter Got Ready To Go To Work This So Called Manager Would Text Her An Tell Her Don't Bother Coming In. I've Also Found Out Many Others Have Quit This Job Because Of This Manager And If nothing Is Done About This Manager I'm Going To Take Matters Into My Own Hands And Contact A Higher Office To Have Her Terminated Or I Will Keep Posting Just How Much Hell She Puts Her Employees Through My Daughter After I Told Her To Let The Corporate Office Know What This Manager Is Doing To Her Staff And Her My Daughter Gave Up An Quit ...But I Will Continue To Fight Until Dunkin Donuts, Gets Rid Of This DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER The Employees Are Good Workers But How Can Good Workers Work With A Manager Who Is No Good , An I Bet It's Been Her As Manager Shorting The Employees Cash Draws Since Like I Said That Money That Was Missing From My Daughters Drawer ,,Showed Up All Of A Sudden When My Daughter Was Fighting The Blame This Manager Put On Her,,On One Of My Daughters Days Off
Service was not good compared to the attentive friendly staff at other locations. Maybe just an off day. _ Love those pumpkin munchkins though!
This Dunkin Donuts has excellent service and while the line is always long it usually moves quickly! Wish they had a drive through and also outdoor seating. There is often not enough seating bc there are so many regulars.
Best dunkins in Western mass, the manager runs a tight shift. Only DD I will go to anymore. They remember your name and drink and are always friendly.
