FYI for anyone first time here. If you are ordering a toasted bagel DON'T!!! They are using a old residential toaster and your bagel will come out lukewarm. Just order the bagel and toast it at your home or office. The bagels are great!!!! They just don't offer a nice toasted bagel.
Best donuts in the area! I have never had a bad experience there. Chocolate frosted are amazing. Coffee is very good too.
I love the sour cream donuts! I was disappointed they were out of them at the east Longmeadow location recently. As I was leaving they shouted to me that they found some hidden behind another variety, which made my day!
