  I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else but Dr Cathy. She takes her time and clearly cares about the wellbeing of your pets.

  These people are not professional at all. I told them that I was taking my dog to a different clinic for cleaning because they could see my dog a lot sooner. The next time I called back to my doctor they said that my account was deactivated. I asked to speak to a doctor on call. They stated that sure they will call you back. Two hours later the nurse calls to say that the doctor, prior to leaving for the day, said did you measure he's sugar if Ok then he needs to come in to be seen. This is rediculous, my own veterinarian can't answer one or two simple questions over the phone. This is I guess their way of saying we care. Oh, by the way went down to Windsor CT and done the teeth cleaning with 15 teeth pulled and a benign toomor removed from my dog for twice as less as they quoted me here. I just don't think they care enough about the animals as much as making every dime they can. I understand that making money is important but not to even have the decency to call back, that's shameful. Try CT veterinary center, you'll see the difference on your first visit.
