I always go to Big Y and my experience is rated by the customer service and cashiers who help me out. Our cashiers name was Manny and he was just fantastic, he was super nice and friendly. If I could always have him as a cashier I would. Thanks Manny!
There is a guy name Michael is very rude in the Butcher shop. We are not going to that department anymore. Fire him or send him to the flower department to learn to smell some flowers.
Their good will is going down on East Longmeadow store with help of some of the arrogant employees. Particularly Butcher Ship and DELI. We are not going there anymore. We are going to Stop and Shop from now on.
Very impressed by their sushi station. Also excellent Christmas goodies selection all over the store!
