It is so rare to receive the true customer care that is a constant at Stacys....not to mention perfect and quick cleaning of any clothing fabric!! Thanks for the great job you do and kindness you do it with!
I've used them several times for both dry cleaning and alterations with no problems. In one instance they were able to turn around and alteration and cleaning in just one day and saved me.

I went in, and the woman there was incredibly rude. I walked in, and I said "Hi, how are you?", and she just goes, "what do you need" in a monotone voice, cutting me off. So I show her a tear in my pants, and as soon as I put the pants down, she goes "no. Nothing we can do."
Okay! I'm not mad you can't fix the pants- they're $30 jeans from American Eagle. There are bigger problems in the world, but the way that she dealt with me was where I had an issue. Rude.
