Great gym. Been there two years and love it. Most aerobic machines have their own TVs, low cost, pool, hot tub, aroma therapy room, steam room, and some free classes. They offer child care, hydro massage, shakes, and tanning.
The staff is awesome
My workout is swimming. I love the saltwater pool. They say it's heated, it could stand to be a little warmer.
Best fitness place in the area. Knowledgeable and Friendly. Beautiful well kept pool area. Trainers will work with you and/or answer questions.
