I gambled with my water heater. Typically 8 to 10 years. I was lucky to get 12 but it started leaking out of the bottom. I was probably 1 or 2 days away from the whole 40 gallons unloading in my basement. Jim McNeill of McNeill Heating and Air Conditioning, West Springfield did a great job replacing my central air some years back. He referred me to Kevin Murphy of Murphys Plumbing and Heating in East Longmeadow. I left a message and Kevin got back to me within 15 minutes ND was able to have his tech. Matt out to my place before the end of the day.
