Merchandise is great! Customer service associate was unpleasant and did not make me feel like a,welcomed shopper!
I usually shop for coffee at this store . Today visit was disappointing. The selection wasn't up to par.
I use to look forward to shopping this store. After my recent visit, I won't be going back any time soon. They have "over-merchandised" to a level of Retail Hoarding! It's holiday season, I get it, just don't overwhelm the experience to a stressful level...no one needs that. There was so much merchandise congestion in the store, that if ever a situation arose to have to exit, it would be so chaotic & utterly impossible! Think about it Home Goods & stop being so greedy...there's always online shopping.
Great deal on stuff you forgot you needed.
So much fun to shop here and all the help is wonderful .
