If you're going to screw up, you should at least try to make it right. I took my car here to get the timing belt replaced and after driving it for about 10 miles the check engine light went on. We called Colonial right away and they said there was nothing they could do to help. I took the car to the dealership where I was told Colonial had slapped on an ill-fitting aftermarket piece that had come loose. When I brought my complaint to Colonial they refused to accept any responsibility or compensate me for what it cost to fix their error. That's just bad customer service.
