Prices are a little steep, but let's face it quality doesn't come cheap. Knowledgeable staff fit my boys for new bikes and had us on the road in no time.
Do NOT bring any old school bmx bikes of value to them under any circumstances. They will take at least three times as long to install parts then from what they quote. They could careless about your old bmx. Parts will get installed wrong if at all. They took care of me when I dropped a few grand on a Mountain bike, treaded me and my property completely different when I brought my bmx in. Clearly they're in it for the money and not for the love of bicycles and biking.
Great experience! Very customer oriented and knowledgeable on specifics. Was able to get my tubeless converted tires to seal when others bike shops weren't. Great turn around time!
I recently bought a new bike. The service was great and the person who helped me spent about half and hour finding the bike which fit me best. I tried 3 different bikes and got to try out each of them because they allow to ride them outside the store to see how they work. I love the bike they helped me find as I have been riding to and from work which is 10 miles each way and there have been no problems. On my bike they also installed a rack water bottle holders and a kick stand for a good price. So I highly recommend this as the place to choose your bike.
Good place, good service. I was looking for a bike for my wife, my first choice bike didn't work for her and they worked with me on making an exchange and getting the right bike for her. Will go here again.
